Dear clients, we have two good pieces of news for you!
As an official Rakuten Viber partner, we are responding to our clients and changing the payment terms for Viber senders.
1 The first month of using a new Viber sender — without the mandatory payment (provided the sender's payment for the next month is made).
Example: if a new Viber sender is activated in September, the mandatory payment for the Viber message package starts only in October, and in September payment is made only for delivered messages (October payment is made before registering the sender).
2 Now the payment for extending the sender's use for the next month can be made until the 20th, instead of the 9th, as it was previously.
Example: to use the Viber sender in October, the subscription fee must be paid by September 20.
The new terms will take effect from April 1, 2021.
