The message price is inclusive of VAT and depends on the top-up amount. The larger the top-up amount, the lower the message price.

The cost of a monthly minimum package for using a Viber sender is 9,000 UAH.
This amount can be used for sending Viber messages and chat sessions within the paid month.

To register a Viber business account, you need to sign a contract, add, and wait for the activation (1 to 10 days) of your sender in the Viber Senders section.

After registering on the website, go to Control Panel ➟ Payments ➟ Top Up Account. There, you will find all available payment methods and can generate an invoice for payment.

The minimum top-up amount is 1 UAH.

You need to log in to the system ➟ go to the Top Up Account section ➟ enter the payment amount and your company details ➟ download the invoice in .pdf or .xlsx format.

The speed of crediting funds depends on the selected payment method:

  • Privat24, LiqPay, Platon, EasyPay, City24 – balance is credited instantly.
  • Invoice payment by bank details or wire transfer – crediting depends on the bank's processing speed (on average 1-1.5 hours) and is processed during our accounting department's working hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00).

Payments via invoice or wire transfer are credited to the balance by the accounting department (Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00) after the funds are received in our account.

The report will be uploaded to the "Vchasno" electronic document system the next day after payment.
If you do not use "Vchasno," let us know, and we will send the report via Ukrposhta.

Log in to the account from which you want to transfer funds and go to the Customer SupportSubmit a Request:
Recipient: "Accounting";
Subject: "Fund Transfer to Another Account";
Request text: specify the transfer amount, email, and account ID to which you want to transfer funds.

To request a refund, you need to:

  1. Write a refund request (contact the Accounting Department for a template);
  2. Send us the request and a copy of the payment order/receipt via the "Vchasno" system or by Ukrposhta to the address: 03150, Kyiv-150, P.O. Box 220, LLC "Mobizon", TurboSMS service.

Pay-per-delivered is only available for campaigns to Ukrainian operator numbers.
If you have signed a contract with us and run campaigns in Ukraine, we will switch you to a pay-per-delivered model – at the time of sending, the full campaign cost will be debited from your balance, but once all SMS delivery statuses are received from the operators, the funds for undelivered messages will be automatically refunded to your balance.

Transactional Viber Messages are personal, non-promotional messages containing information about operations or transactions performed for the client. For example, notifications about bank account and card transactions, messages about order acceptance and processing, etc.

Promotional or Greeting Viber Messages are messages containing advertisements for products or services in any form. These include messages about raffles, promotions, discounts, as well as any greeting messages sent to clients.

A Chat Session is a 24-hour period starting from the initiation of a dialogue or reaching the limit of 60 outgoing messages when interacting with each individual client. The session begins when your client initiates a chat with you and is charged after your response to their inquiry.
