TurboSMS Account. Accessing our service requires a TurboSMS account. Creating one involves providing personal information (e.g., mobile phone number, email address, and password). You may also provide your name, but this is optional. These details are used for authentication and protection against unauthorized access. You can always update your contact details in your TurboSMS account settings.
IP Address. Every device on the Internet has a unique network address, known as an IP address. These numbers are generally assigned geographically, making it possible to determine the device's location.
Personal Information. Information you provide that identifies you, including your name, email address, payment details, and other data considered personal, such as your TurboSMS account information.
Non-Identifiable Personal Information. Data grouped in such a way that it does not refer to specific individuals.

What data do we collect?
Types of information
The TurboSMS service collects user data to make our service more convenient for you.
If you are not logged into your TurboSMS account, we record information collected through unique identifiers associated with browsers, applications, and devices. This allows us to remember your settings and other data so you don't have to re-enter them each session.
If you are logged in, we collect and store information in your TurboSMS account, treating it as personal data.
Content you create or provide to us
When creating a TurboSMS account, you provide us with personal data, including your username, phone number, and password. You may also provide other personal information, such as a taxpayer code.
Information we collect when you use our service
Applications, browsers, and devices. We log information about browsers and devices you use to access the TurboSMS service. This ensures the functionality of features such as automatic app updates.
Additionally, we collect unique identifiers and data such as browser and device type and settings, operating system, mobile network (including operator name and phone number). We also log information about the interaction of your browsers and devices with our service, including IP address, crash reports, system activity details, the date and time you visited our resource, and the URL from which you accessed it (referral URL).
Your actions. We collect information about the actions you perform in the TurboSMS service, such as the date and time of message sending.
However, our employees do not have full access to the database of phone numbers you enter into the TurboSMS system. Such access is restricted to the technical director.
Your location. When using the TurboSMS service, you also provide us with your geographical location. This data is limited to identifying the country and city you are in while using the service. We do not know your postal address or place of residence.
Use of third-party services. In operating our service, we use third-party services, namely: Google reCAPTCHA, Google Analytics, Google Ads Remarketing Code, provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).
With reCAPTCHA, we aim to verify whether data entry on our site (e.g., in the contact form) is done by a human or an automated program. For this, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the visitor enters the website. reCAPTCHA evaluates various information for analysis (e.g., IP address, visit time, or user mouse movements). Data collected during the analysis is sent to Google. The reCAPTCHA analysis takes place entirely in the background.
Data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its websites from abusive automated spying and spam.
Additionally, to improve customer service quality and understand consumer demand, we use services to collect and analyze statistical data, such as Google Analytics.

Additionally, the TurboSMS service contains links to various websites with information placed for marketing and/or advertising purposes. If a client transitions from our service to any of these sites, TurboSMS is not responsible for the content of such sites or the collection of any information about the clients by these sites.

TurboSMS Personal Account
In the TurboSMS Personal Account, you can manage information related to specific products.
For example, you can add or remove recipient phone numbers or upload a logo.
Additionally, you can customize certain service features yourself, such as selecting the notification method for specific events in your account.

In the TurboSMS account settings, you can manage your contact information, including your name, geographical location (country, region, time zone), email address, and phone number.
You also have the right at any time to receive free information about the origin, recipient, location, and purpose of storing your personal data. You may also request corrections, blocking, or deletion of this data. Exporting and Deleting Your Information
You can export your information from your TurboSMS account if you need a copy or plan to use the data with a third-party service.
By law, in certain situations, you also have the right to request that we delete content from specific TurboSMS services.
Ways to delete your information:
- Manually delete data from specific TurboSMS services;
- Remove certain materials from your account using the settings on the My Profile page;
- Send us a request to delete specific data from our database.
Data processing performed by us before your request to delete such data remains entirely lawful.
After the termination of the relationship between the client and the TurboSMS service, we retain client information for six months unless the parties agree otherwise, after which the information is permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
We take all necessary steps to ensure that users' personal data in our services are not accidentally or unlawfully deleted. Therefore, the information may not immediately disappear from our active services and backup systems after you delete it.
Even if you are not logged into an account, you can still control some of the data we collect about you. These include:
