Download the Service Agreement template from our website and fill in all [empty fields] that can be edited, entering the required data, especially in Appendix 3 – Login and Contacts.
The agreement template must be opened using Microsoft Word to display the required fields correctly.
Save the completed agreement on behalf of the legal entity or sole proprietorship in PDF format (other formats in Vchasno do not display signatures and stamps on the document).

After receiving and verifying the agreement on our end, it will either be signed or declined with reasons provided. These could include unapproved edits to the agreement or incorrect login or client details.
After signing the agreement, the "Pay only for delivered messages in Ukraine" service will be enabled in your account on our website, and the option to register a personal Viber Sender will be available.
Print the fully completed agreement in 2 copies, sign it and all appendices from 1 to 5 with the "live" signature of the person specified as the signatory in the agreement, and stamp the document (if no stamp, then just the personal signature).

After signing the agreement on our end, one copy will be returned to you at the address specified in Appendix No. 3 to the Agreement.

We recommend using Microsoft Word. If you don't have MS Word, try uploading the agreement template to your Google Drive and opening it with Google Docs.
You can skip filling and signing Appendix No. 5 if you do not plan to send Viber messages.
Our advice is to fill out Appendix No. 5 immediately to avoid additional signing in the future. This will save time if you decide to enable the Viber service later.
Signing Appendix No. 5 does not incur additional financial costs. The monthly minimum payment for using the service will only be charged if you submit a request to register your own Viber Sender and it is approved.
