We have updated our service and added a new feature that makes sending transactional Viber messages even more convenient and transparent! Now you can choose how to handle messages that do not match the approved template.
Three options are available:
- Reject the message — the message will not be sent, and you will avoid additional costs.
- Send as advertising — the message will be sent, but at the cost of an advertising message.
- Reject Viber, but send SMS — if you use hybrid campaigns, the message will not be sent via Viber but will be delivered to the client via SMS.

This feature is available in your personal account under the “Integration Settings” section. Follow the link to quickly find the necessary parameters and adjust them to your needs.
