How does it work and what does it cost?
It's simple! When a client replies to your message or sends you a message, you will see a new conversation in the «VIBER Chat» section of your personal account.
The service is free to activate, and a fee is charged for each chat session. The cost of one session depends on the top-up amount.

Session — a 24-hour period starting from the beginning of a dialogue or reaching the limit of 60 outgoing messages per client.
!Session payments are deducted from the Viber sender's balance (monthly minimum Viber payment).
