1.1. The organizer of the promotion is Limited Liability Company "Mobizon", EDRPOU code 37623364, Kyiv, Vasilkovskaya St., 34, Building "A", Office 307 (hereinafter - Organizer).
1.2. The promotion is conducted to popularize the services provided by LLC "Mobizon" and to attract the attention of TurboSMS service customers to new offers, promotional campaigns, etc.
1.3. The Organizer is not responsible for the participant's failure to familiarize themselves with these Rules.
2.1. To participate in the promotion, the following steps are required:
2.2. Failure to comply with the conditions of the promotion defined in clause 2.1. of the Promotion Rules (hereinafter - Rules) during the promotion period deprives the person of the right to participate in the promotion and to claim the promotional price.

The promotion applies exclusively to sending National SMS messages and Viber messages of any type to subscribers of Ukrainian operators using any Senders, in accordance with the requirements of clauses 2.24, 2.26, 2.26.1, 2.28 of the "Terminology" section, the "Sender Signature Addition Rules" section of the service rules, posted on the TurboSMS website at https://turbosms.ua/en/guide.html, as well as the "Adding Viber Sender" section, available at https://turbosms.ua/en/viber/add/senders.html.
3.1. Participants in the promotion are customers of the TurboSMS service who are already registered in the service or will register during the promotion period and duly comply with the requirements of the Promotion Rules (hereinafter - Participants).
3.2. Minors and legally incompetent persons, employees of the Organizer, and their related parties are not recognized as Participants and cannot participate in the promotion. Limitedly competent persons can participate in the promotion only through their legal representatives, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
4.1. The promotion is conducted throughout Ukraine.
4.2. The promotion is held from 00:00:01 on 15.11.2024 to 23:59:59 on 29.11.2024 inclusive.
4.3. The duration of the promotion may be changed by the Organizer at its discretion or due to significant changes in circumstances that could not have been foreseen by the Organizer.
5.1. Registration of participants is carried out during the period from 15.11.2024 to 29.11.2024 inclusive on the website https://turbosms.ua/.

6.1. According to the promotion conditions, the TurboSMS service offers Participants a gift - the opportunity to send messages at a promotional price (hereinafter - Promotional Price):
The promotional price does not apply to chat sessions, transactional, or promotional Viber messages for gambling and financial organizations.
7.1. Participants are solely responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the data they provide during registration in the TurboSMS service and for timely informing the Organizer about any changes to such data, including but not limited to changes in address, phone number, and other personal data.
7.2. Participants who are eligible for the promotional price cannot receive its monetary equivalent. In case of refusal to accept the promotional price, the Participant is not entitled to claim any compensation from the Organizer.
7.3. By participating in the promotion, the Participant fully agrees to these Rules and undertakes to comply with them. Violation of these Rules or refusal to comply automatically disqualifies the Participant from receiving the promotional price.
8.1. By participating in the promotion, each Participant confirms their consent to the free use of the feedback, recommendations, and information provided by them or the company they represent by the Organizer for marketing and/or any other purpose by methods that do not violate the current legislation of Ukraine, including the right to publish (including their name and image) in the media, printed, audio, and video materials, and to transmit messages (including advertising). This use is not subject to territorial, time, or method limitations and is not reimbursed by the Organizer or any other person.
8.2. The Organizer reserves the right to send an information request to the Participant to verify their registration details.
8.3. By participating, each Participant confirms that they are aware of their rights regarding personal data and that the Organizer and third parties involved in the promotion are exempt from the obligation to notify the Participant in writing about the rights, purposes of data collection, and recipients of their personal data.
8.4. The Organizer is not responsible for fulfilling its obligations under the promotion conditions in the event of force majeure circumstances such as natural disasters, military actions, blockades, etc.
8.5. If the Participant cannot claim the gift under the specified conditions due to reasons beyond the Organizer's control, it is considered a refusal by the Participant, and the Organizer is not liable for unclaimed gifts.
8.6. In case of situations that allow ambiguous interpretations of these Rules or any disputes, the Organizer's decision is final and cannot be appealed.
8.7. The Organizer may amend these Rules at any time, and information about the terms and conditions of the promotion will be posted on the website https://turbosms.ua/.
