Transition to electronic document management

We inform you that in order to modernize the document management process, our service has decided to partially transition to electronic document management using EDS/ECE.

As a result, paper acts of provided services and invoices for payment will no longer be sent. You will be able to download, view, and sign these documents for free in the "Vchasno" electronic document management system.

To do this, you need to follow a few simple steps:

1. Register for free in the "Vchasno" system via the link https://vchasno.ua/auth/registration.
2. During registration, provide your current mobile phone number and email address to receive notifications about incoming documents.
3. Complete the EDS/ECE verification to add your company information to the system.
