We would like to inform you that starting from September 1, 2018, new rates for sending messages in Viber will come into effect. Additionally, messages will be divided into promotional and transactional, which will be priced differently.
Promotional or Greeting Viber Messages — these are messages containing advertising of a product or service in any form. This includes messages about contests, promotions, and discounts, as well as any congratulatory messages sent to clients.
Transactional Viber Messages — these are personal messages of a non-advertising nature, containing information about operations and transactions performed for the client. For example, notifications about banking operations, order acceptance and processing, etc.
