We are pleased to introduce a new service from TurboSMS — Viber message broadcasting.
Now there are even more possibilities for sending messages to your clients: up to 1,000 characters per message, the ability to add images, a CTA button, and another big advantage — Viber messaging is cheaper than SMS.
Features of Viber Messaging
- 1 Various message formats: text only, image only, text + button, text + button + image.
- 2 By default, messages will be delivered with the common sender signature “Mobibon” (this signature is free, you only pay for delivered messages). A custom sender signature costs 55,000 credits per month and includes a Viber message package (these are the official Viber terms). For questions about registering a custom signature, please contact our Support Service.
- 3 Image size: when sending an image only, any size is allowed; when sending a message with text + button + image, the image dimensions must be the same in width and height (e.g., a 512x512px square).
- 4 For the button, a full URL with the http or https protocol must be provided (e.g., https://turbosms.ua).
