Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving, verifying, and entering client data;
• Ensuring data accuracy and promptly making updates;
• Assisting clients in resolving any issues related to the service;
• Providing quick responses and ensuring client comfort;
• Maintaining a high company image by doing everything possible to satisfy clients while using our service;
• Communicating with other departments to relay information if an issue exceeds your expertise.

Candidate Requirements:

• Technical education;
• Proficiency in English;
• Confident PC user with Excel skills;
• Willingness to learn and grow.
