Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing quick responses and ensuring client comfort;
  • Maintaining a high company image by doing everything possible to satisfy clients while using our service;
  • Communicating with other departments to relay information if an issue exceeds your expertise.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Technical education;
  • Confident PC user;
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
