We have updated the information about the status of sender signatures in the section «My Sender Signatures».
Now you can see the status of your signature and understand how it will be used when sending messages.
More details on sender signature statuses:
1 
Under review.
This means the signature has been sent for moderation within the system. Moderation by our support team can take up to two hours during business hours. If the signature complies with the rules, it will be passed on to the operator for activation.
2 
Sent to operator for activation.
The signature has passed moderation within the system and has been sent to the operator for activation (inclusion in the national alpha-name list). Activation by the operator may take up to 10 business days.

Signature data needs to be completed.
If you see this status, please click on the signature to edit it and fill in all the fields as fully as possible. Operators may refuse to register the signature if necessary information is missing.
4 
The signature is national and will be delivered to Ukrainian numbers without replacement.
Messages will be delivered with your signature to mobile operators in Ukraine.
5 
The signature is not national and will be delivered to Ukrainian numbers at a cost of 4.8 credits per 1 standard SMS.
To activate an international signature, you need to send an email to sender@turbosms.ua with your ID, sender signature, and a request to disable the replacement of your alpha-name. This is relevant if the signature is not currently classified as national, and messages are being sent with replacement, but you want to send SMS with your signature and accept the international rate (4.8 credits/SMS).

The signature is not national and will be replaced with a neutral one when sending to Ukrainian numbers.
Your signature has not been added to the national alpha-name list. When sending messages, your signature will be replaced with a neutral one, such as "InfoNomer".
7 
Forbidden.
Your signature does not comply with the Rules for adding sender signatures. If you see this status, please edit your signature according to the rules.
