Starting from March 1, 2021, our service will switch to a new tariffing system — user balances will be in UAH instead of TurboSMS credits.
Information for existing clients
Your current credit balance will be available until May 28, 2021 (inclusive), after which we will recalculate and transfer the remaining balance from credits to your UAH balance. Starting March 1, 2021, all new account top-ups will be credited to your balance in UAH.
We also inform you about changes in discount conditions, SMS and Viber messaging tariffs, and service usage rules (sections: 2.31, 2.32, 3.3.1, 3.3.2, 3.4.5, 4.10, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.7).
If you need to sign an Additional Agreement to the contract, please contact us at dogovor@turbosms.ua. The signing of the Additional Agreement will be carried out using an Electronic Digital Signature (EDS) in the "Vchasno" electronic document management system.
