Dear Clients!
Starting January 15, 2016, mobile operators will implement a division of SMS messaging services into International and National messages.
International messages are defined as all text messages where the sender's identification field displays alphanumeric names of international companies or brands, as well as any other companies presenting their alphanumeric names in the sender identification field with relevance to Internet domain zones other than UA-IX domain identifiers or alpha names not included in the operators' list of national names.
As international traffic is more expensive than national traffic, we have decided to replace unregistered alphanumeric names with the neutral name "Msg".

If your signature is currently not national and you need to send SMS without replacing the alpha name, please go to the «Signatures» section, select the «View Signatures» option, click on your alpha name, and complete all fields in the alpha name description. Based on this information, we will prepare a request to submit your alpha name for inclusion in the operators' list of national alpha names. Please note that if additional information about the signature is not provided, we will not be able to include such an alpha name in the request or submit it for operator review. As a result, SMS messages with such alpha names sent to mobile operator subscribers in Ukraine will be billed as international traffic or delivered with your alpha name replaced by a neutral signature.
